            The idea Pak-Arab Premier League is basically derived from the IPL (Indian premier League) which is the most successful and profit generating cricket league all over the world,
The Indian Premier League (IPL) is an annual Indian Twenty20 cricket tournament, founded in 2008 by the BCCI. It is contested between eight franchisee teams representing various Indian cities. The tournament is conducted in India between April and June.

            UAE and Pakistan have sought to develop extensive commercial, cultural, religious, political, and strategic relations since the establishment of Pakistan in 1947. Pakistan affirms its relationship with Saudi Arabia as their most "important and bilateral partnership" in the current foreign policy of Pakistan, working and seeking to develop closer bilateral ties with Saudi Arabia, the largest country on the Arabian peninsula and host to the two holiest cities of Islam, Mecca and Medina and the destination of Muslim pilgrims from across the world. There are a large number of Pakistanis are working in the UAE , therefore there were always a huge support for Pakistani cricket team and long history of Pakistani players success in their grounds, their govt. also support and encourage Pakistani players in their countries on a very vast level they always remain open their doors for Pakistani cricket.
            UAE is economically a rich country than all other Muslims countries due to its natural resources, capital been never issue for them, they also have modern type of cricket facilities and grounds with modern technologies, they also have a very welcome environment for all worldwide countries, So this will be very fine for both countries to for a joint league as they have resources and we have talent
